Site analytics

We use privacy-preserving web analytics that do not set cookies and do not collect personally identifying information.

Call tracking

Phone numbers route through our affiliate network partner. Call duration, originating area code, and (sometimes) recording are captured for quality assurance. The lead passes to the independent IICRC-certified restoration company handling your dispatch.

Tennessee one-party consent

Tennessee is a one-party consent state for call recording under Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-13-601. Only one party to the conversation needs to consent to recording; a party to the call may legally record without disclosure to the other party. Recording disclosure is provided by the affiliate network's IVR or live dispatcher at call connection.

What we don't collect

We do not operate user accounts, do not store your name, address, or contact details server-side, and do not sell your information to third parties for advertising.
